Returns / Exchanges
Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with labels and tags. If you need to exchange it for the same item or any item in the catalogue, send us an email at reachus@hibisco.in and we provide a free return service (ONLY FOR PRE PAID ORDERS)

If you change your mind and not looking for an exchange, yes we process a credit coupon which can be used within 3months

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 3000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
